Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds is a unique development of architect-designed houses, situated in a nature reserve. These second homes are designed to be luxury weekend retreats for the well-off. CDP created a marketing package to help launch, promote and generate interest in the Landmark and Vacation Houses.
The Landmark Houses brochure was produced in A3 landscape format with large pictures for maximum impact. Vacation Houses produced as a hardback casebound book to give a special quality feel.
A broadsheet newspaper printed on newsprint with a selection of press articles packaged in a box with 2 dvds and sent out with the book.
Also, a national advertising campagnwas created to promote a complete change of lifestyle
