Rendered illustrations
These are usually more complex illustrations where texture, reflection, shadow and modelling are added in a stylised or more photo-realistic way.
Sectional illustrations
Sections through a construction, or even a complex component, form a staple requirement for most building products. Approaches vary from simple, line only drawings, to use of tints or textures to differentiate or draw attention to various elements.
Impact illustrations
Illustration can be used purely to create visual impact, especially for brochure covers, dividers, or advertising.
Isometric illustrations
If executed correctly, these illustrations prove the saying ‘a picture speaks a thousand words’. They can show products properly in context, how they abut with other parts of the construction and therefore how the construction is composed.
